Leaders TODAY

Zion Inspires Tomorrow's Leaders Today!

Zion Lutheran School’s Mission is “Teaching Christ, and Serving Families” Our School exists for the purpose of ministering to the whole child through a balanced curriculum by providing Christ-centered learning experiences that enable each child to reach maximum potential spiritually, cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically.

Zion strives to develop the student’s faith, academics, outlook, and leadership. Zion wants its students to have a ZEALOUS FAITH – Students will have the opportunity to grow in faith and knowledge of God’s unconditional love, and to show living faith through service and actions.

Each student has opportunities to be an INQUISITIVE LEARNER – Students will individually and cooperatively imagine, research, be innovative, apply and communicate concepts in their academics to become life-long learners.

Zion wants students to have an OPTIMISTIC FUTURE. Zion will prepare students for their future through a well-rounded education. The school will encourage students to use their curiosity, excitement, and inspiration to learn and grow to their fullest potential to become productive citizens in society.

Zion also wants its students to be NOBLE LEADERS – Students will have the opportunity to develop the skills of a trustworthy leader as they learn to effectively solve problems, think critically, collaborate, communicate with peers, and conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly in all phases of their lives.

Our experienced and credentialed teachers are committed to providing an education that will challenge and develop our students to impact the world for Christ. By incorporating a rich curriculum within the traditional core areas of Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and History, our Kindergarten through Eighth Grade programs also integrates the teachings of the Bible in all aspects of the student’s experience at Zion. In addition to the traditional core areas of education, students experience enrichment programs such as art, music, technology, world languages, and athletics. Our teachers blend technology and tradition to help with their lesson plans and create individualized learning paths for each child based on the student’s unique talents.
